I have had the account 4-eva but decided I was too busy to mind it...or so I thought!
It is easy and addicting. I downloaded twitterific so I do not have to log in for each update. I twitter along all day, updating people through out the day of meetings, sending questions and connecting with others. In a few days I have reconnected to some great people and met some new ones too.
I have found some great websites too. It is great how quickly we can exchange information all in under 200 characters!
